• This service is free to determine if our services will benefit you in preparing your home for sale.

Consultation: $500

• A two and a half hour meeting to go through the house and come up with an effective game plan to start the process.

A La Carte: $200/hour

• As much or as little as needed.

One Day Decorating: $1,000

• Our team can assist you in decorating your home for an 8-hour day.

Staging to Sell: $2,500 - $3,000

• Our team will stage the entire house, outside and inside, a full 2-day project.

Staging to Live: $2,500

• Our team will help you stage your new home, a full 2-day project.
