Meeting. We will be happy to meet with you at your home and take a quick tour to be sure our services are right for you. This meeting is free

 Consultation. Should we determine that you would benefit from staging, you could request a consultation at which time we would provide you with a list of things we have determined need to be done. At this point it would be your choice to carry this out on your own, or if you would like to hire us. The fee for this consultation is specified on our pricelist below under Our Services.

 Timing. We would take under consideration the timing of your open house and would work out a work schedule. Some of the homework would have to be done prior to our arrival to stage. We can be there to help meet with other professionals that need to be hired. Not all houses need other professionals.

 Staging. Our team would typically stage your home in an 8 hour day. We try to do the most with what you already have.
